We are not picky about what kind, but we would prefer adult classes that are female friendly. We have checked out a few that were ok but we want to look at several to see which one we like best. We checked out the BJJ studio in Hanbit plaza. It was a nice studio, but it was all men but the price was good, we may end up there. We checked out a taekwondo gym in mannyeondong but it was mostly kids. We checked out a MMA studio near Stargate, but they only offered instruction and no formal classes. Anyone know of others?
