Hi guys,
I'm a certified yoga instructor (trained with moksha (hot) yoga in India 2008 and recently completed a yin/yang yoga training in Beijing). I'm looking for a place to teach informally at least once or twice a week just to keep up my teaching skills. If anyone has any recommendations or is interested in practicing, please let me know! =) bessie@bplusyoga.com

Not sure exactly. I'm not in town any more, so it may be faster to stop by yourself if you can get there. Otherwise I'll see what I can find next time I'm around and they're open.

Some friends and I are looking for a reasonably priced martial arts gym. We are not picky about what kind, but we would prefer adult classes that are female friendly. We have checked out a few that were ok but we want to look at several to see which one we like best. We checked out the BJJ studio in Hanbit plaza. It was a nice studio, but it was all men but the price was good, we may end up there. We checked out a taekwondo gym in mannyeondong but it was mostly kids. We checked out a MMA studio near Stargate, but they only offered instruction and no formal classes. Anyone know of others?

We also might be interested in some Belly dancing classes...anyone know of any good ones?
