If you’re into mountain or road biking, there are at least some Koreans out there using GPS devices to map routes around the country. I found this website called GPS On, and they’ve got both mountain and road routes all over the country. I only wish I had found it sooner. The site includes:
- Route maps in Google (links to Yahoo!), with street and satellite views
- Elevation maps
- departure,mid and end points along with
- level of difficulty.
- downloadable GPS logs.
The link above is to the Daejeon/Chungcheon area, but all areas can be accessed from the drop-down menu in the upper left corner.
