Yeah, it’s not quite as accurate as the ODsay instructions (it’s not putting together all routes, and asked me to cross the Gapcheon in an impossible location), but then ODSay doesn’t always give the best directions, either.

Use current Romanization of the Korean and you can get great information. Whoo-ha! This is great!

That’s sweet! I just went to Google maps and I’m SO PLEASED we finally have street maps for Daejeon. This is great!

Hey Vanessa. That’s so weird- they wouldn’t give me one at all! They sent me to the local dong office instead. I guess now that things have changed over they’re giving them out to people.

Interactive bus map. It’s in Hangul BUT 1) zoom in close enough and you can see individual bus stops, 2)click on the bus stop to see which buses stop there (man, are they different), 3) to see individual bus routes mapped-out, click on the middle link in the horizontal black bar at the top of the screen and then click on the bus route.

Same at SeoDaejeon Station. They had both bus maps there the other day when I passed through it. They even had some city maps in English; however, I would much rather they have a scale on them. It would be nice to know exactly how far things are apart in town, but maybe they have some problems with the not so flat terrain.
