Hi Everyone,
I’m looking for people who would be interested in opening up their pyeong-challenged pads to host a fundraising Wine Party/Open House for about 10 of their friends, family, co-workers, or fellow expats. Basically, the hosts provide some appetizers/snacks for their guests who in turn arrive with a bottle of wine – juice is cool too – and a small (10,000 won) donation.
This night of parties is scheduled to take place on Saturday Dec. 6th. The date was chosen because it falls within the 16 Days of Activism/Hope (Nov. 25th – Dec.10th) and also happens to mark the anniversary of the Montreal Massacre. However, if Friday or Sunday night work better then by all means party away. Proceeds will go to Korea Women’s Hot Line.
The goal is to have as many parties happening around town (or Korea) as possible! If you’re interested please contact me directly for more information: wineparty.korea@ gmail.com
