Want to meet new people but just too busy?
Wish there was some way to get all the people you MIGHT like to know in ONE PLACE without the background of a smoky*, noisy bar?
Too shy to talk to someone unless you HAVE to?
Then the Brickhouse has just the event you’re looking for!!
On Saturday March 22 the Brickhouse is hosting SPEED MEETING (no, not dating, just meeting)!! This gives you the chance to sit down and have a simple 5 minute conversation with someone you might not already know. If you decide to connect after the event, that is up to you. If not, you’ve still put a name and a face to some of the new people (male/female) in town. We will start the even at around 9 and ask that if you’re going to attend you be there no later than 8:45 to check-in. The time it takes to finish the event depends on how many people we have. The more people, the more fun but we hope to cap it at 20 pairs of people. This will give you enough time to meet some new people and then hang out afterwards.
To help logistics, you must REGISTER for this event. Pre-Registration (no later than the 20th) is 10,000 won and can be done at Brickhouse or via email with direct deposit. Registration at the door is 15,000 won and you must be there no later than 8:30 on the night of the event. The Brickhouse staff will be serving food and drinks specials during the event and we’re still working on a few other surprises for the night. *For the comfort of general participants, this event will be non-smoking but breaks will be provided. We apologize for your inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
PS: Everyone is invited to attend, regardless of sexual orientation, marital or nationality status. The only requirement is that you be able to speak a conversational level of English and have an interest at least speaking to various people with an open mind.

Hey there don’t forget that tomorrow is the last day for early registration. You can fill out the form on line and email it back to me before tomorrow at 11:30pm. If you are interested and do the form, I will take that as your agreement to get the same price regardless of
when you pay. You can pay through an ATM to the account number below as well. I am hoping you’ll do that because I’m currently trying to get the pre-registration price dropped and I need all the pre-registered people I can get to make that happen. Hi,
After talking to the great guys over at Brickhouse (kisses) they have decided to drop the early registration fee from 10,000 won to 5,000won!!! This still includes one free drink and unlimited snacks (popcorn, chips etc) and soft drinks during the event!!! Because I really want people to sign up EARLY so that we have an awesome time, I have decided to extend the early registration time until 11:59pm on Friday.
I need time to get then names arranged etc so the earlier the better!!! If you let me know you’re interested, I can email you the file. Once you fill it out and email it back to me). I’ll take that as your registration and you can pay the 5,000won at the door. If I get your file after the deadline, it will be 10,000won to participate. Just wanted to come out and thank all the people who came to Speed Meeting and made it a success!!! We had a nice number of participants and I have heard nothing but positive things about the connections that people are making!! I will be sending you some follow up emails/requests just to help us if we decide to do this again and to also personally thank you again for your support. If you were interested in Speed Meeting but couldn’t make it, please accept my thanks. Because it is the thought that counts. Who knows? We may see you at a future event.
