Daejeon de la Cuba are the champions, after drawing their game yesterday against Seoul United. What a fantastic game it was…nailing biting to the very end. The boisterous fans made it down to the game yesterday in Suwon decked out in their team’s colors and with some of their faces painted. They totally rocked the place with their terrible drum beating and chants (haha). Nah, it was entertaining and very uplifting.
What a euphoric experience that was (during and after the game). As Richard put it last night, “It’s a historic event for the expats living in Daejeon.” I am glad I was there and took part in it.
Congratulations guys, on an incredible season.
